Copyright Claims
How to submit a copyright claim and our process for handling infringement notices.
Last updated: November 2026
1.Our Stance on Copyright
YTMP3Pro respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws worldwide. We do not host, store, or cache any copyrighted video or audio content on our servers.
Our service functions as a real-time conversion tool. When a user pastes a YouTube link, we fetch the video metadata and facilitate the conversion on-the-fly. The resulting file is streamed directly to the user's device and is not stored on our servers.
We expect all users to download only content they have the legal right to access — their own videos, royalty-free content, Creative Commons licensed material, or content in the public domain.
2.Filing a Copyright Claim
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our service in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a copyright claim. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (include URL, title, and description).
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific YouTube URL that was converted using our service.
3. Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of the email constitutes an electronic signature).
3.Where to Send Claims
Please send all copyright claims to: digitaltools.support@gmail.com
Use the subject line: 'Copyright Claim — YTMP3'
To help us process your claim quickly, please include all required information listed above in a single email. Incomplete claims may result in processing delays.
4.Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid copyright claim, we will take the following steps within 48 hours:
Step 1: We will review the claim to verify it meets the DMCA requirements.
Step 2: If the claim is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include blocking the specific YouTube video from being converted through our service.
Step 3: We will respond to the claimant confirming the action taken.
Step 4: If the user who generated the content disputes the claim, they may file a counter-notice. We will comply with the DMCA counter-notice process as applicable.
5.Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers. While we do not have user accounts (our service is anonymous), we may block IP addresses that repeatedly submit conversion requests for infringing content.
We reserve the right to permanently block access from IP addresses associated with repeated copyright infringement claims.
6.Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or blocked due to a mistaken or misidentified copyright claim, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to: digitaltools.support@gmail.com with subject 'Counter-Notice — YTMP3'
7.Important Notes
YTMP3Pro does not host any content. We are a conversion tool that processes YouTube videos on-the-fly. Filing a copyright claim with us only prevents conversion of specific YouTube URLs through our service — it does not remove the content from YouTube itself.
To remove content from YouTube, you must contact YouTube directly or file a claim through YouTube's copyright complaint process.
Filing a false copyright claim may result in legal liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Ensure your claim is accurate before submitting.
8.Contact for Copyright Matters
For all copyright-related inquiries, claims, and counter-notices:
Email: digitaltools.support@gmail.com
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We take all copyright matters seriously and process them as quickly as possible.
