Privacy Policy

How YTMP3Pro handles, protects, and respects your personal data and privacy.

Last updated: November 2026

1.Our Privacy Commitment

At YTMP3Pro, your privacy is our top priority. We believe in a privacy-first approach — we collect the minimum amount of data needed to operate the service, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we do and do not collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using YTMP3ProPro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.Information We Do NOT Collect

We are proud to operate a truly anonymous service. Here is what we do NOT collect:

We do not require registration. No email, no username, no password. You can use the entire service without creating an account.

We do not log your IP address alongside your conversion activity. Your IP is only used transiently for the HTTP connection and is not stored in our logs.

We do not track which YouTube videos you convert. The conversion happens in real-time and the request data is discarded immediately after the file is processed.

We do not store the converted MP3 or MP4 files on our servers. Files are processed in memory and streamed directly to your device. Within minutes, all temporary data is permanently deleted.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not follow you across the web with advertising cookies.

3.Information We Collect

To operate and maintain the service, we collect a minimal amount of non-personal data:

Anonymous usage statistics: We may track aggregate, non-identifiable data such as total number of conversions, general geographic region (country level only), and page load times. This data cannot be traced back to you individually.

Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard server request data including timestamps, HTTP status codes, and error logs. These logs are used for security and debugging purposes only and are rotated regularly.

Cookies: We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as your theme preference — dark or light mode, and selected language). These cookies are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to any third party.

4.How We Use Your Data

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:

Operating and maintaining the service — processing your conversion requests and delivering the files to your device.

Improving performance — analyzing aggregate usage patterns to optimize server capacity and page load speeds.

Security — detecting and preventing abuse, excessive automated requests, and potential attacks on the service.

We never use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

5.Third-Party Services

YTMP3Pro interacts with the following third-party services:

YouTube: When you paste a YouTube link, our server fetches video metadata (title, channel name, thumbnail) using YouTube's public oEmbed API. YouTube may log this request. We do not send any personal information to YouTube.

Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel, which provides the server infrastructure. Vercel may collect standard server logs as described above. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Unsplash: Some images on our blog and content sections are served from Unsplash. Unsplash may log image requests. No personal data is shared.

Google AdSense (if applicable): If we display ads in the future, Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings page.

6.Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

All communication between your browser and our server is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.3). This prevents third parties from intercepting your data.

Our servers are hosted on Vercel, which maintains industry-standard security certifications including SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001.

We do not store converted files or user activity logs beyond the minimum needed for the service to function.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have certain privacy rights:

Right to access: You can request information about what personal data we hold about you. Since we do not collect personal data, we will have nothing to share.

Right to deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data. Since we do not store personal data, there is nothing to delete.

Right to opt-out: You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect some site features (like theme persistence) but the converter will still work.

To exercise any privacy rights or ask questions, contact us at: digitaltools.support@gmail.com

8.Children's Privacy

YTMP3Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Parents should be aware that children may access the service without our knowledge. We encourage parents to monitor their children's online activity.

9.International Users

YTMP3Pro is accessible globally. If you are accessing the service from outside the country where our servers are hosted, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries.

By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these countries, subject to applicable data protection laws.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.
